BioI'm a mostly unemployed WRITER with several projects on the go. Right now I have two books out in the world seeking representation and working on a third; Entanglement, about hauntings, possession and quantum physics. I've had 2 sitcoms commissioned by the BBC, currently working on a radio comedy set in a shed.
I was once a freelance JOURNALIST working out of CUBA (mostly) and some of the more unpleasant Central American Republics. Before I did that I was an historical-ecologist/ecologist/land manager. I've spent a long time in nasty, sticky places covered in leeches studying the South and Central American cultures and civilizations.
I have an abiding love for PERMACULTURE and urge everyone who friends me to find out about it, learn about it, use it everyday. I completed the Permaculture Design course with the Most Majestic Mike Feingold at Middlesex university in July 06 and have just (no one ever called me speedy) enrolled to take the Diploma. I'm always keen to friend and be friended by anyone into Permaculture (and similarly Earthly things).
Beyond the real world, my main fascination/total obsession is fangirling - Jim and Blair, The Doctor (and The Master too). I love FANFICTION and write Sentinel fic. If you read such things, you may know me as PANIK.
